Okay, now I’m mad! I just wrote a great slice, with wonderful ideas and phrases and instead of copying it, I deleted it! I guess that’s a sign that it’s late and I should give it up for the night.

I was proud of myself for getting into the daily habit, but realizing that I needed to find a place to stick it into my daily schedule so it becomes routine, like brushing my teeth. It’s a practice like everything else. And it’s worth it. Daily is making a difference. There are more ideas and the words flow more smoothly. I’m loving it.

My next goal is building an inventory so I have an extra Slice or two, just in case of an emergency. Readers might get desperate and even appreciate a day-old slice!

I’m experiencing the benefits of daily blogging too. This is such an exciting project to share!

How frustrating! I agree, one or two of these in my back pocket would be nice on nights when there’s a technology (or human energy) breakdown…

That almost happened to me last night. It was after 11:30pm and I accidentally hit delete and confirmed it instead of publish. Talk about panic? Luckily I still had MSWord open and was able to CTRL+Z, CTRL+C and then CTRL+V to get every bag. Talk about relief! Here’s to us both getting into a better swing of thing of this and posting earlier in the day.

Oh, no! I’m grimacing for you– I know how frustrating it is to “undo” all the work you’ve done– especially when it’s because of some silly mistake or technical glitch! I agree with you… being in a writing “habit” is good, and I, too, need a “bank” of extra “just-in-case” posts.

I hope that this little hiccup will be the only one in your week! 😉
